Draw your Dreams visual art in poorest schools starts waking up after Covid interruption

Posted on February 22, 2022 by tsudra in Uncategorized

With the schools making up for the time lost to the Covid pandemics the programs are most concentrated. Term 3 of the year 2021 will end only 4 March 2022. The term 1 of the year 2022 will start on 25 April. In that situation art activities are, in most schools, still not a top priority. The Kibagare Academy in the Kibagare Slum in Nairobi is however a fine exception. It has joined recently the Draw your Dreams program. Below are selected drawings of the students of the 33 members of its Art Club. Beautiful work! Congratulation Kibagare Academy.
