Rebuilding classrooms at Overseers Education Centre

Posted on May 21, 2018 by tsudra in Uncategorized

The very modest classrooms of the Overseers Education Centre have been seriously affected by prolonged and heavy rainy season of early 2018. Three classrooms had to be rebuild, as well as the latrine block.

The work followed availability of funds, which Watu Kwa Watu was trying to mobilize. First series of work was done in January, with funds primarily from Poland and from the Trustees. The second series of work was done in early April funded by Watu friends associated with the New School University in the New York City.
