Watu Kwa Watu signes MoU with African Children Haven

On November 23, 2014 Watu Kwa Watu has signed the Memorandum of Understanding with African Children Haven to join their efforts to assist children in Kenya, orphans or from very low income families, to access education and to improve their living conditions. March 20, 2014 African Children’s Haven, a foundation in Galveston, Texas, USA, has assisted, through Watu Kwa Watu, the Starkid School and Rescue Center, in Githogoro slum in Nairobi, Kenya, purchasing an energy-saving jiko, two 15 liter stainless steel pots and two solar lamps, primarily for the use by the Rescue Center children.
